The Australia UAE Business Council welcomes its newest member, Pallas Group.
Pallas Capital is an alternative asset manager (private credit). It generates these assets through its operations as a Non-Bank Lender in Australia and New Zealand.
With offices in Sydney, Auckland, Brisbane and Melbourne, it has to-date written A$3.5 billion (US$2.2 billion) of commercial real estate (CRE) loans to SMEs in Australia and New Zealand.CRE loan types by Pallas Capital include land acquisition/holding loans, construction loans, residual stock loans, investment loans and vacant land loans.
Pallas Capital is funded by about 1,000 high net worth investors and by loan facilities by Credit Suisse. To-date, Pallas Capital has paid over A$215 million (US$135 million) to investors, with no loss of capital invested and no shortfall in interest.
