2023 Australia UAE IDEX Dinner

The 2023 Australia UAE IDEX Dinner was hosted by the Australia UAE Business Council in partnership with the Australian Business Group Abu Dhabi.

At the bayshore gardens of the InterContinental Abu Dhabi, the Australia UAE IDEX Dinner brought together our Australian and Emirati defence industries, among other industry networks, for an evening to recognise, celebrate and promote the Australia-UAE trade relationship across defence and national security. 

The evening included an industry keynote address from Dr Andreas Schwer, CEO of Electro Optic Systems, and speeches from Advisory Board Members, HE Heidi Venamore PSM, Australian Ambassador to the UAE; HE Abdulla Alsubousi, UAE Ambassador to Australia; and Ms Kacey Lam-Evans, Senior Partner at Pyne & Partners.
